This dynamic script will allow you to present your menu by clicking the menu link. 
A reasonably easy cross browser script that is originally from Bratta.com can be placed anywhere on a page. It has mouse over status text, and window focus on click to remove IE dotted rectangles.

This script is scrolling, to fix it's position, change:

to:
var moveOnScroll=false
