This dynamic script is a basic 2 tier Hierarchical Menu that opens and closes each
menu list onClick. It is configured in 4 external .js files and is recommended for the more 
advanced user. All .js files and images are included with the script.

Some Alignment Configuration settings: Changing the size: In the menulistedit.js you will see: mymenu = new MenuList(19,315,150,20) 19 = how far in from left side of page 315 = how far down from top of page 150 = how wide the menu is 20 = how high each segment is. Changing the menu entries: Adding and subtracting menu entries is done in the menulistedit.js also.
