This script changes the background color in IE, NS uses will see the normal
background , in this case plain white. This script does not work well with a page full of tables,
it tends to make the mouse cursor flicker.

Sit on this page for a bit and watch the background, it
constantly cycles throught colors. Initial colors can be changed,
Starting with a light color will cycle through light colors and starting with a dark color will result in cycling through dark colors. To change the color, alter this portion of the script.
